Pitch Raise Tuning
For pianos with infrequent service
A pitch raise tuning is a significant adjustment of the overall tension. Pitches will typically need between 10 and 64 cents (10-64% of a half step) adjustment. This includes at least three full tuning passes in a row to ensure a stable tuning. Pitch raise tuning service may include light dust removal, keytop cleaning, bench legs tightening, adjustment of pedals, adjustments to action parts, and suggestions on humidity control and future maintenance.
