Service Description

Dampers are what enable the piano to be silent. Dampers can be engaged with both the individual keys and the damper pedal. They are held in place with metal wires connected to wooden underlevers. The timing and effectiveness of dampers can get inconsistent and incorrect over time and benefit from recalibration and/or repositioning.
